Membership Form:

All couples are required to complete an easy-access online membership registration form in order to purchase tickets. Information collected is for internal purposes only and is strictly confidential. I.O.S. does not sell, trade, or distribute our internal database. However, some portions of your profile may be visible to other members.

Photos: 

- We require a photo of all members to activate the account. You are required to submit at least one face pic of both of you, preferably together, but please let us know if you would like that photo included with your profile. We ask for the face pic so that we know who are members are and can recognize everyone at our events. You are not obligated to post a face pic - if you do other members will be able to see you. You should post a realistic pic that best represents you as a couple. Some couples need discretion, some don't. If in doubt, be discrete.

- To assist our admissions staff, please submit a profile pic that's also being used on another affiliated lifestyle site where you are a member. For you, it's best to keep your couples screen name branded the same. It increases your profile credibility. You may upload as many photos as you want and get as creative as you like. 

- Photos must be taken within the last 2 years.
