This lodge has over 11,000sq feet of indoor space, which is a perfect lifestyle weekend getaway. This luxury Smoky Mountain cabin that has 9 bedrooms with multiple beds in each, 21 seat movie theater, arcade, free high speed internet and a private setting. These amenities make this lodge the most original and luxurious log cabin in the Smoky Mountains.

Check in will be Friday, Feb 12, 2027 at 330pm (NOT BEFORE) and dinner will be served later that evening AT 7:30pm 
Food is served at times that will be posted at cabin, no exceptions to meal times.
Saturday will include Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner (food is served at times that will be posted at cabin, no exceptions to meal times)
Sunday will include Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
Monday before you leave have a Breakfast to fill your belly before hitting the road. Check out no later than 10 am

These meals are included with your stay AND prepared by our IOS Chef for the weekend.

There is an indoor pool for your pleasure, as well as 2 hot tubs locate.d on the deck of the main cabin.  Recommend you bring beach towels, your own toiletries for showering.

The cabin sleeps 70+ but we will be putting 52 at the cabin.

TERMS:

Property Damages: Any damages to property which results in replacement of items or additional labor to bring the property back to rentable condition will be charged to guests. Examples: Smoking where prohibited (indoors), climbing out the window and walking on the roof, beer and liquid spills and spraying on walls etc.

Reservation Requirements: An advanced reservation payment will be required to confirm your reservation. 

Cancellations: Once your reservation has been received, there will be no refunds given within 90 days of your arrival. 100% cancellation fee applies after 11/30/19. NO refunds.  Recommend Trip insurance from Allianz.

Payments: Acceptable forms of payment are Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, personal checks and money orders. 

Acts of God: The Lodge shall not be liable for events beyond their control which may interfere with Guest occupancy, included but not limited to Acts of God, acts of governmental agencies, fire, strikes, war, inclement weather or any other unforeseen incidents outside of our control. No refund will be offered in these circumstances.

Housekeeping / Maid Service: A basic supply of linen is provided. Bed linens and bath towels are not changed during your stay. We will notice the difference and will charge for our missing towels. Guests should bring any personal articles, food and drink, coffee filters, napkins, foil, etc. Washers and dryers are in most units for your convenience. Any lost, damaged or stolen linens are subject to a $200 replacement fee, any lost, damaged, or stolen towels of ANY size are subject to a $100 replacement fee. Will be charged to the credit card you used to book reservation.

Pets Policy: No pets are allowed.

Pool Policy: IOS CONNECTIONS AND STAFF are not responsible for injuries resulting from pool use. Pool cabins do not have onsite life guards, therefore swimming is at your own risk and all swimming must be supervised by an adult. Upon exiting the pool area all doors and windows must be secured to maintain security and proper humidity levels. No renters or guests thereof are permitted to change any pool water or room temperatures.

Smoking Policy: Smoking is NOT permitted in any of the units. If we find you in non-compliance while still our guest, you will be evicted and all monies paid forfeited. An additional cleaning fee of $150 will be charged to YOUR credit card on file regardless of when the discovery is made. Outside is where smoking can be done.

Fire Arms: No fire arms are permitted on the premises at any time, additionally AIRSOFT GUNS ARE STRICTLY BANNED AT THE LODGE! ANY EVIDENCE OF THEIR USE ON PROPERTY WILL RESULT IN A PENALTY OF AT LEAST $300 AND IMMEDIATE EVICTION, NO EXCEPTIONS!

Fire Codes: FIRE CODES PREVENT OUR ISSUING MATCHES, LIGHTERS, OR KINDLING TO ANYONE DURING THEIR STAY. PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH GRILLS OR ANY OTHER FIRE DRIVEN ITEMS.

· Do not attempt to start fires in areas inside or outside of any of our units that are not equipped for the purpose of building fires.

· Do not attempt to build wood fires in fireplaces that are equipped for propane as these fireplaces are not built for wood

Age Requirements: You must be 21 years of age to attend event. Proof of age required. Reservations made under false pretenses will be evicted and forfeiture of all monies paid. Units are monitored for violations.

Maximum Occupancy: NO guest that are not on list or paid in full are allowed to attend or show up at event. NO exceptions.

Maintenance: During your stay, promptly report any maintenance problems to host. Do not leave doors or windows open while the HVAC is operating. Do not put the HVAC unit on 'fan' - ever. The lodge makes every effort to keep each property and its equipment in good working order. We will strive to make any repairs as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee HVAC, TV's, appliances, etc. NO REFUNDS OR RATE ADJUSTMENTS WILL BE MADE FOR MECHANICAL FAILURES.

Check-In: Check-in is 4pm EST on Friday, February 7, 2025.. No Check-In will be permitted until your rental account has been paid in full, including taxes and any other fees.

Check-Out: Check out is no later than 10am EST on Monday, February 10, 2025. The need for excessive cleaning will incur an additional charge.

Other Rules/Regulations: The guest shall not assign this agreement or sublet the property in whole or in part. An activity constituting a nuisance of which is offensive or disruptive is not allowed. Any noxious or illegal acts or drugs will constitute grounds for immediate eviction with forfeiture of all monies paid. This Property is inspected upon Check-Out by a member of our Cabin Services Staff. Guests are required to inform host if any breakage or damage occurs during stay, or is observed upon Check-In. Guest shall not destroy, deface damage or remove any or part of the property, or render smoke detectors inoperable. Guest shall be liable for any damages in full and will be charge to credit cards plus processing fees.

Guest agrees not to behave in any unlawful or improper manner in or around his/her rented property, nor shall unreasonably loud activities be carried on in any property or common areas. Guests will be asked to leave without refund if such circumstances occur. IOS Connections has the right to terminate this Agreement and remove disruptive guests without refund.
